Serena is bringing GibsonHouse to Southwest Florida. She received her Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Acting and Directing at Florida Atlantic University with her first year at school a full scholarship. Some of her lead roles include "Abby Brewster” in Arsenic and Old Lace and “The Scarecrow” in The Wiz.

Living in San Francisco, she had performed several roles in Murder Mystery plays for over 15 years. As a playwright, she had written Murder by Bingo in 2006 and it is still an active show in Northern California.  After an acting hiatus, she decided to bring Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre to SWFL.

He worked in New York and was nominated for a Shelly award for Best Actor in "Glengarry Glen Ross" in Northern California. Now retired, he is proud to perform with GibsonHouse Mystery Performers once again.

His stage roles include Don Lockwood in Singin' in the Rain, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. Billy in Carousel, Bobby Child in Crazy for You (Stage 1 Theatre), Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz (DLOC), Will Parker in OKLAHOMA! Jeff is our top dedicated actor for GibsonHouse.  He is excited to perform with GibsonHouse in Florida, after performing with the same group in Northern California since 2008.   He played multiple roles for nearly 20 different murder mystery plays in over 100 performances.  From 2004-2017, Jeff also was involved with several community theaters throughout Northern California in many musicals and plays.  Some of his lead roles in plays included:  Mortimer Brewster in "Arsenic & Old Lace", The Colonel in "Elvis has left the Building" and Peter Hunter in "No Sex please, We're British".  Some of his musical performances included "Oklahoma", "My Fair Lady", "The King &I" and "The Music Man".  One of his proudest moments was performing in a Broadway concert of "Hello Dolly" with several Broadway notables, including legendary Film/TV/Broadway actress Leslie Uggams.  By day, Jeff is an IT financial consultant in corporate America!

Steele has produced shows such a Twisted Comedy at the Twisted Fork/Harley Davidson Port Charlotte, Wednesdays in Wonderland at the White Rabbit and many more. She has been on LMAO TV, iHeart Radio, Amazon Music, NBC’s Fear Factor and has more credits you can find on iMDB. Stacey also works with up and coming comedians in her spare time, focusing on getting them stage time in on of her many rooms. Ms. Steele takes immense pride in being a “HedgeUcators” – teaching people about Hedgehogs as Emotional Support Animals for people with Mental Health/Drug Addiction Issues working with people all over the world.

Lauren started out doing comedy at the ripe age of 3, when she told a man who cut her mother in line at the deli counter to, “Go suck an egg!”  The laughter that ensued made her want to chase the ‘comedy high’ and landed her in Los Angeles to pursue her craft.  She had the pleasure of being a working comedian and actor, performing in film

Lauren started out doing comedy at the ripe age of 3, when she told a man who cut her mother in line at the deli counter to, “Go suck an egg!”  The laughter that ensued made her want to chase the ‘comedy high’ and landed her in Los Angeles to pursue her craft.  She had the pleasure of being a working comedian and actor, performing in films, tv shows, and gracing the same stages as the biggest names in comedy.  Performing at the Comedy Store, the Improv, and Flappers, as well as Bobbie Oliver’s comedy festival, “Laugh Grrrl Riot”, among other venues, Lauren was invited to join “Stand Ups for a Cause” and also began her own comedy production company, “Dysfunctional Divas” with her favorite female comedy partner.  She’s performed stand up all over the US and Canada - and will do anything for a laugh, including having a child.  Lauren looks forward to bringing her brand to Southwest Florida, where people actually enjoy leaving their homes to see shows. She moved here right before Hurricane Ian, because her timing is impeccable.

She recently directed Boeing Boeing and  Crimes of The Heart at Cultural Park Theatre. You might  have seen her on stage in Footloose & Crimes of The Heart. 

Kristen is beyond proud and honored to be working with GibsonHouse.  She portrayed “Mrs. White “ in Clur at Ft Myers Theatre &  “Mama Mae” in Bye Bye Birdie at Cultural Park Theatre. She recently directed Boeing Boeing and  Crimes of The Heart at Cultural Park Theatre. You might  have seen her on stage in Footloose & Crimes of The Heart.  Lucy Sundby has been performing for over 25 years. Improv being her passion, she has trained with Jimmy Carrane The Improv Nerd, Kevin MacDonald from The Kids in The Hall and at Chicago City Limits in New York City. She co-created the Musical Improv group "Oops We're a Troupe," of which she is the Artistic Director.

She has experience as

She has experience as a Director, Performer, Singer and Producer. She has performed in productions such as the World Premiere of "Dexter, The Musical Improv Extravaganza" alongside Darkly Dreaming Dexter writer, Jeff Lindsay.

Plays and Musicals such as "Nunsense", "Mame", "Steel Magnolias", "The Altruists", "I Love you, You're Perfect, Now Change", "Hedwig and the Angry Inch", "Crimes of The Heart". "Grease", "Cabaret" and many more.

She also loves interactive theatre, having performed, directed and produced several interactive shows such as Joey and Maria's Comedy Italian Wedding, The Wicked Real Housewives of The Mob (Boston) and The Biscotti Sisters.  She has also performed as an understudy on the Murder Mystery Train in Fort Myers.

Other Producing accolades include "American Monster" of which she also co-created with the great-great grandson of H.H. Holmes, America's first Serial Killer.

Some of his favorite roles include Captain Von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Bela Zangler in C

When she isn't acting, Kara is an accomplished entomologist and an avid gardener.

Travis is a new performer to GibsonHouse, making his debut as Taurus/Jim Naseum in "Murder Among The Stars.". His only previous live acting experience was the lead role in a high school production of "Guys and Dolls," but has had a lifelong passion for creative arts - including videography, screenwriting and karaoke.  He looks forward to being a part of many more mystery dinners in the future.

He spent 37 years as a faculty member and was Professor and Chair of the Division of Applied Science and Technology. While living in the area he worked with the local Musical Arts Guild, The Children’s Theatre and The Huntington Outdoor Theatre and was a founding member of a local Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre Company. He enjoys Cruising, traveling the World and building full size experimental airplanes.

Alan "Squats" Squatrito is a rock and roll musician, stand-up comedian, and actor.
Originally from Fairfield, New Jersey, he started performing on stage since the age of fifteen.
You may have seen him on Netflix's 100 Humans, Barstool Sports, or an Erectile Dysfunction commercial that went national. He actually hopes you haven't seen that one.

Jared Fairley attended Florida State University in Tallahassee for Film, TV and Theater. He’s worked in Hollywood for almost two decades, primarily in Post-Production Advertising. He's assisted the Editorial Dept on long-running shows like “The Dead Files” and “Reasonable Doubt”. He also taught Film Editing at the Academy of Art Universit

He's assisted the Editorial Dept on long-running shows like “The Dead Files” and “Reasonable Doubt”. He also taught Film Editing at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Jared also acts on the side for various short films, student projects, and even as a stunt double on shows like “Westworld”. He has performed live at the Sherry Theater in North Hollywood, and for Playhouse West 24-hour-play festivals.
